Parallel Computing | Master

This 5 ECTS, course, covers all aspects of parallel computing in detail, with an emphasis on parallel programme design, performance, metrics, and analysis. For practical exercises, the course makes use of the Python programming language and mpi4py, a Python-based message-passing interface (MPI) library. Additionally, the course introduces students to higher-level frameworks for parallel computing, such as Apache Spark and GPU programming.
